Vintage and olive gathering are held in September and November, and they are the most important events of the year in the countryside.

Are rituals of high value, and we welcome our guest to join.

In the midst of the scents of must and countryside in the gathering season, you'll discover a great and different way to enjoy Chianti.

You can taste fruits of our lands during the traditional supper we offer every week to our guests in Tenuta Moriano, and we will get you to taste our wines and products

If you want to bring back a tasteful souvenir, you can buy our wines, oil and "grappa" directly in our farmhouses: you can find our products in receptions of Tenuta Moriano and Casolare San Lorenzo.

To enjoy every night of starry sky, we recommend to walk in the "Love Walk", an enchanting walk thought the forest of Tenuta moriano/

The path is lighted at night and has benches to seat and watch the nightly panorama of Tuscany.

Events in Tuscany

Viareggio. Viareggio Carnival

Carnival. Procession of allegorical wagon parading in Viareggio city.

Firenze.

Easter. Ancient propitiatory rite, dated back to 17^th century. During the Easter mass, the bishop lights the "small dove", a paper-pulp and plaster rocket, which, on good fated years reaches the high altar, on ill fated years the wagon "explodes" letting off crackers.

Siena. Palio of Siena

2^nd July and 16^th August. In "Piazza del Campo", the Sienese quarters battles in a horse ride. It's an ancient event, lively and fascinating event today, and it's very important event in Siena.

San Miniato. Truffle Festival

November. Market and Exhibition of White Truffle from San Miniato. Three weeks of truffle tasting, shows, exhibitions, congresses and cultural events.
